As F3 Austin continues to grow, so does our need to stay connected and supported across the region. That’s where the POD system comes in. We've divided the region into five geographic PODs, each made up of nearby AOs working together to sharpen one another.
Each POD is led by a PodFather a trusted HIM who serves as a connector, encourager, and leader to help support Site Qs, foster growth, and keep the mission moving forward. They serve as a bridge between the AO-level and the SLT, ensuring no Site Q or AO operates in isolation. And supporting them all will be The Don Podfather.

He will help guide, equip, and stay in close contact with the PodFathers to ensure alignment, consistency, and shared momentum across the region. Now he may not make you kiss the ring...but he will ask you to wear your F3 shirts in the Gloom
