If you want a challenge beyond the gloom, here’s an option. Modify as needed, but don't cheat yourself. The only goal: Be better on August 31st than you were on August 1st.
1. The Noodle-Arm Ninja
For FNGs, Sad Clowns, or anyone returning to the gloom. Focus is on perfect form over volume.
2. The Pec Protector
For regular posters looking to push harder. This track will make you sweat—but not break.
3. The Gravity Gambler
You’re not normal. This track is for the sickos pushing the upper edge of merkin madness.

Daily Mission: Complete the required merkins for your level each day.
Split ‘Em Up: Do them all at once or break them up—whatever works for you.
Form > Flop: Chest-to-deck, body straight. A flopping fish = 0 reps.
Post It Up: Share on Slack if you want accountability, encouragement, or T-claps.
Rest is Mandatory: One rest day per week. Move it if needed—but take it.
