F3 Austin is turning 8 years old this fall, and to celebrate, we are doing it MAX PAX style!!!

On Tuesday, October 28, every AO will be hosting a special beatdown (yes, even if it’s not your usual day). Site Qs and Co-Qs are teaming up to lead co-Q beatdowns at each AO to ensure maximum energy and participation. Wherever you post that morning, expect an epic workout and an even stronger crowd.

This is more than just a beatdown...it’s a celebration of all the growth, grit, and brotherhood we’ve built together. And yes, that friendly competition is on: and we will be looking to see which AO and POD will earn the MAX PAX crown that day? 

So mark your calendar, rally your AO, and get ready to move with the entire F3 Austin family.

Announcing: The Inaugural F3 Austin AO Games!

Get ready to prove who is the best! The F3 Austin AO Games are coming, and we're inviting every F3 Austin AO to compete for bragging rights and the title of top AO!

This new annual event is all about celebrating the three F's through friendly competition and connecting the men of F3 Austin. It's a fun and challenging way to see where you and your AO stack up.

Mark your calendars for:

• Date: Saturday, November 15th

• Time: 0600 (ish) - 0800

• Location: Zilker Park

Stick around afterward for Coffeeteria, provided by a volunteer team (Venmo donations are appreciated). And don't forget to bring an unwrapped toy for our toy drive!
