10/28/25 F3 AUSTIN'S 8th ANNIVERSARY "MAX PAX DAY"
The F3 Austin Ridge POD covers the Northwest regions of the metro area, focusing on Leander, Cedar Park, and Lago Vista. If you are looking for a free men's bootcamp that emphasizes variety, strength, and strong local brotherhood, the Ridge POD is your answer. Our Areas of Operation (AOs) utilize unique terrain, from track facilities to massive hills, ensuring a challenging workout where no man is ever left behind. We focus on the three Fs: Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith (leadership).
Find Your AO in the Ridge POD
The Ridge POD offers a diverse schedule, including the region's oldest post and a dedicated Saturday beatdown. This localized content helps Google recognize our authority in the Leander, Cedar Park, and Lago Vista communities:
AO The Fjord (Lago Vista High School): The newest AO in the region, The Fjord offers exceptional variety with access to the track, stadium, and a large parking lot. The Pax here are dedicated to building bonds and strengthening relationships during their weekly 30/30 format sessions.
AO The Greyhound (Cedar Park): F3 Austin’s oldest standing AO, The Greyhound is currently staged at the AO Robinson location while the Pax searches for a permanent home. This AO hosts some of our longest-tenured Pax and consistently delivers creative, fresh beatdowns that utilize years of experience.
AO Jaguarundi (Rotating): This is the Ridge POD's only rotating AO, typically hosted in the Cedar Park area but known to venture across the wider POD and beyond. Beatdowns are intensely run-focused, covering approximately four miles, with the workout leader selecting the unique location each time.
AO Mettle Of Honor (Veterans Memorial Park): Famously located in Veterans Memorial Park, this post leverages its high-visibility location. The Pax utilizes the memorial atop a hill, with a rotating path to the top, along with a long, expansive parking lot to provide a wide variety of cardio-strength type work.
AO Robinshood (Robin Beldsoe Park): This is the POD's dedicated Saturday beatdown, famous for the massive hill surrounding the soccer field, known amongst the PAX as Misery Mountain. Expect this hill to feature heavily in most beatdowns, which also utilize the big artificial surface soccer field and the fitness pad that hosts the yearly Murph challenge.
