The Shared Leadership Team (SLT) is a dedicated group of High Impact Men (HIMs) committed to advancing the F3 mission across Austin. We manage the strategic growth, support, and energy of the region by overseeing key functions: Fitness, Fellowship, Faith, Communications, and Expansion. We meet monthly to align efforts, plan events, and ensure F3 Austin continues to accelerate. Below are the leaders guiding the Movement.

JACK PEDERSEN
"SKETCH" | MOONBASE, SHOOTOUT, TIGER'S DEN
Jack Pedersen, aka “Sketch,” serves as the Nantan of F3 Austin, assuming the role after being handed the shovel flag at Q Summit V. Known for his creative leadership and steady presence in the gloom, Sketch helps guide the vision, culture, and operational strength of the region.
Sketch began F3 in September 2022 and quickly grew into a pattern of servant leadership. Most recently, he served as Pod Chief, leading and supporting the Pod Fathers and strengthening alignment across AOs. He has also served on SLT as 2nd F Q, with a focus on building deeper fellowship across the region.
At the AO level, Sketch launched and served as Site Q at AO Shootout and is the designer behind the majority of F3 Austin AO logos, helping shape the region’s visual identity.
Off the F3 gloom, Sketch brings a positive, creative leadership style focused on helping men lead well at home, at work, and in their communities.
Unofficial leadership stance: Motivators should always be counted "UP" because that's the only place he and F3 Austin is headed.
MATT ROBERTSHAW
"SHE SHED" | OUTPOST, HEMINGWAY
Matt Robertshaw, aka “She Shed,” serves as the Pod Chief for F3 Austin, stewarding the Pod structure and supporting Pod Fathers to strengthen alignment, communication, and healthy growth across the region.
Coming from F3 Houston, She Shed joined F3 Austin just ahead of Q Summit III and quickly became a key force in regional expansion. He launched AO The Outpost in Dripping Springs and served as the first Pod Father for the Gateway Pod, helping extend F3 Austin’s reach and leadership development beyond its original footprint.
She Shed also introduced F3 Austin to the AO Games in November 2025, creating a new avenue for competition, fellowship, and regional connection. In recognition of his leadership, service, and impact, he was named F3 Austin H.I.M. of the Year for 2025.
Posting primarily at The Outpost and Hemingway, She Shed is known for his servant heart, relentless encouragement, and ability to rally men around a shared mission.
Fun Fact: Despite still claiming he hates his nickname, “She Shed” has fully embraced it and will absolutely drop a well-timed “That’s what She Shed” when the moment calls for it.
PAUL HANUSA
"PID" | THE GORGE, THE MILL
Paul Hanusa, aka “PID,” serves as the 1st F (Fitness) Q for F3 Austin, leading and supporting fitness across the region. He equips AOQs and Qs to deliver safe, effective beatdowns and challenges while helping align and develop leaders to strengthen the region’s physical grit and community impact.
PID began posting in March 2025 and quickly stepped into leadership, becoming Site Q at The Gorge shortly after his first post. Recognized by the PAX for his steady leadership and relational impact, he was later tapped to serve on SLT as 1st F Q, bringing a rare blend of experience, humility, and consistency to regional leadership.
A former Army Engineer Officer and longtime Austin resident, PID brings a lifetime of leadership, service, and mentorship into the gloom. Known for his encouragement, thoughtful presence, and commitment to showing up, he has become a trusted voice for men navigating fitness, faith, family, and leadership. PID is passionate about building authentic relationships, developing leaders, and ensuring that F3 Austin continues to be a place where men are challenged, supported, and strengthened.
Fun Fact: When PID came to talk with P.O. about possibly serving as 1st F Q, the interview lasted one handshake… P.O.’s response: “Congratulations, I heard you are our new 1st F Q.”
ENRIQUE NUÑEZ
"COMPOUND" | TIGER’S DEN / SHOOTOUT
Enrique Nuñez, aka “Compound,” serves as the 2nd F Q for F3 Austin, strengthening fellowship and connection across the region through events, relationships, and opportunities that build brotherhood.
Compound joined F3 in January 2025 at Tiger’s Den and promptly forgot what sleeping in felt like. Instantly hooked, he went on a completely reasonable 65-day posting streak (yes, including Saturdays) until an ill-timed cruise forced his first official “rest day.” Despite work travel, vacations, and life distractions, he still logged 237 posts in his first year which doctors agree is “a lot.”
Unlike many EH origin stories, Compound found F3 the old-fashioned way: Google. On a very intentional search for something that would drag him out of bed early and feel invigorating, F3 checked every box and he never really left.
Five months in, Hammertime casually asked if Compound wanted to take the flag at Tiger’s Den. Compound said yes, apparently unaware this would lead to frequent Qs, active EH’ing, and a general inability to say “no” to service. Since then, he’s leaned hard into leading, encouraging PAX, and helping Tiger’s Den and F3 Austin thrive.
Fun Fact: The name “Compound” comes from his love of bow hunting, with Flipper delivering the nickname quickly and without appeal. Outside of F3, he enjoys padel, watching tennis, and playing chess — proving that violence and strategy can coexist peacefully.
RAYMOND SCHUTZ
F3 CLIFFHANGER | THE MILL / SHOOTOUT
Raymond “Cliffhanger” Schutz serves as the 3rd F Q for F3 Austin, stewarding faith and service opportunities while helping develop leaders and strengthen the region’s community impact.
After being EH’d by Hofbräu for what felt like five years, Cliffy finally caved and tried a beatdown while waiting for his climbing gym to open. The gym opened — but Cliffy never went back. Instead, he was there for the Day 1 launch of AO Shootout and later helped launch AO The Mill with Hofbräu.
Outside the gloom, Cliffhanger is a husband, father of three daughters, climber, gamer, pianist, and camper. He is also a founding member of the Austin H.I.M. Foundation, responding to the call to help take F3 Austin’s impact beyond the beatdown and into the broader community.
Looking ahead, Cliffhanger is focused on showing up across AOs, listening to the passions of the PAX, and helping organize that energy to meet the needs of Austin and surrounding communities — however far his reach can go.
Fun Fact: Despite being named Cliffhanger, his proudest climb of El Capitan ended at 200 feet but Castleton Tower still counts.
STEVE FLORES
"HAMMERTIME" | TIGER'S DEN, THE WOLF PACK, SHOOTOUT
Steven Flores, aka “Hammertime,” serves as the Weasel Shaker for F3 Austin, holding men accountable, supporting SLT execution, and helping steward the health, momentum, and culture of the region.
Hammertime began posting in late summer 2023 and quickly became a steady presence in the gloom. He previously served as Site Q at Tiger’s Den, where his leadership, consistency, and care for the men helped strengthen the AO and develop leaders.
Known across the region for his willingness to share his own Sad Clown story, Hammertime has helped shape F3 Austin’s heart for reaching isolated men and creating a culture where vulnerability, encouragement, and brotherhood are not just welcomed — they are expected. His story is a powerful reminder of why F3 exists: to leave no man behind and to leave no man where he is found.
Outside the beatdown, Hammertime continues to invest in the future of F3 Austin through involvement by championing the stories of the PAX as well as helping connect men both in and out of the gloom.
Fun Fact: He is widely recognized for the legendary eyebrow raise featured in his infamous boy band photos proof that leadership confidence apparently started early.
SCOTT HERRIN
"LOW PASS" | SASQUATCH
Scott Herrin, aka “Low Pass,” serves as the ComzQ for F3 Austin, stewarding internal communication systems and platforms to ensure reliable operations, clear information flow, and strong alignment across the region.
A longtime PAX and trusted technical leader, Low Pass has played a vital role in supporting F3 Austin’s data and systems, including the earlier Paxminer stats infrastructure and the recent integration of the F3 Nation App with the F3 Austin Slack workspace. His behind-the-scenes work has helped modernize regional operations and support leaders at every level.
Posting primarily at Sasquatch, Low Pass is known for his steady presence, thoughtful problem-solving, and ability to “filter out the noise” so the region can stay focused on what matters most.
Fun Fact: He narrowly avoided being named “Leakage,” a reminder that good naming and good filtering can change everything.
ANDREW WATSON
F3 HOFBRÄU | THE MILL, THE GORGE, SASQUATCH
Andrew Watson, aka “Hofbräu,” serves as the XComzQ for F3 Austin, stewarding external communication and outreach while helping attract, welcome, and connect new men to the region.
Since posting in 2022, Hofbräu has become one of F3 Austin’s most consistent and effective ambassadors. Known for his intentional, barrier-removing approach to inviting FNGs, he has helped bring dozens of new men into the gloom through personal invites, social outreach, and a relentless commitment to making F3 accessible and easy to say yes to.
Hofbräu is also known championing regional growth through AO planting and expansion efforts. His passion for reaching new men reflects a deep belief in the mission of F3 and the power of giving away what has been given to him.
Hofbräu brings energy, consistency, and a builder’s mindset to everything he touches.
Fun Fact: At Q Summit IV, Hofbräu was mid-speech on how to invite FNGs when a random runner passed by and without missing a beat, he handed the guy an F3 business card and kept talking. Outreach, live and in real time.
