The F3 Austin Badlands POD dominates the East Austin metro area, serving men in Round Rock, Pflugerville, and Hutto. If you are searching for a free men's bootcamp that combines strength, cardio, and strong accountability, the Badlands POD is where you need to post up. Our Areas of Operation (AOs) utilize enormous parks, amenity centers, and athletic facilities to deliver constantly varied beatdowns focused on Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith (leadership).

The Badlands POD offers diverse terrain and established posts, including the most tenured AO in the region. This localized content helps Google recognize our authority in the Round Rock, Pflugerville, and Hutto communities:

• AO Moonbase (Pflugerville): Nestled along Craters of the Moon Blvd, Moonbase is the POD's most tenured AO. The post leverages its long, winding paths for endurance and cardio, and has famously big blocks perfect for epic step-ups and heavy coupon work.

• AO Shootout (Round Rock): Located in the enormous Chandler Creek Park, this AO is known for its versatility. Beatdowns utilize the dirt path, a massive field, the "Miami lighted" Pavilion, and a basketball court. Shootout is famously successful at pulling FNGs right out of the surrounding gloom and into the Pax.

• AO Sicario (Hutto): Serving as the Saturday lead-in from The Tribe, Sicario offers a large, deceptively long parking lot and a lighted pavilion, making it an excellent post for high-rep strength work and accountability after a long week.

• AO Tiger's Den (Round Rock): Staged in the Teravista subdivision, this post is right outside the amenity center and surrounded by a golf course. The AO provides unique challenges using its oval parking lot and a small basketball court for speed and agility work.

• AO The Tribe (Hutto): Currently meeting at the Coop District, right at the famous Hippo Splash Pad. This AO emphasizes community connection and utilizes the adaptable urban layout of the district for creative, community-focused beatdowns. Check with the Pax for the latest on the diverse layout.
